Mining Round Link Chain
Round Link chains are designed and manufactured for heavy-duty mining, ash handling, cement production, and additional demanding applications. By design, round link chains pose the benefits of flexibility and strength. Our high-strength round link chains conform with DIN 22252 & DIN 764 specifications for interchangeability and optimal sprocket contact. We also supply forged round link chains from cast and manganese materials and a slew of accessories. In operation, round link chains are designed to operate in parallel sections conjoined by cross sections (slats). These bucket attachments are primarily used on deep case-hardened round link chains in verticle bucket elevating applications and are designed to operate with friction drives and sprockets. The unique bracket allows continuous strands to be utilized, and operational reliability is increased as they are not an integral part of the haulage member but simply an addition. The clamps can be re-used when the base chain is worn out.
