Shipping: We drop ship from warehouses all over the United States. Your order will be shipped from the closest warehouse to you that has your requested items in-stock. In-stock orders (not MTO or backordered) will be processed within 24-48 Hours of being placed. Cut-off time for same-day shipping is 2PM EST for most orders placed Monday-Friday. To ensure that your order will ship same-day, please give us a call!
Returns: Our Return window for most items is within 30 days of order; the product must be in its original packaging and in resellable/unused condition. Some of our vendors have a shorter return window of 15 days. Used or damaged products are not eligible to be returned, but depending on the product in question, they may be eligible for replacement under warranty.
