Rigid sleeve couplings are designed with or without a key-way and utilize set screws for fastening to a pair of shafts. This coupling is designed to connect two shafts when flexibility is not required in light to medium-duty applications. Rigid sleeve couplings are available in bore sizes 1/4" to 1-3/8" or as a bushed configuration for H, P, or Q-type bushings. Rigid sleeve couplings are economical and easy to replace. Rigid Clamp Couplings
Clamp Couplings are designed for applications requiring a secure high-torque connection between two shafts. Our superior clamp couplings provide a high degree of holding power by securely gripping around the shafts and by use of superior hardware and C45 coupling material. We supply clamp couplings in bore sizes 0.25" up to 2" as a standard, but custom clamp couplings are available upon request. Additionally, this coupling style is supplied as either single-split or double-split; both styles are easy to install and are ideal in environments requiring a high amount of torque transmission where misalignment is not a concern and can even be used in tight spaces! Our clamp couplings provide an excellent solution for coupling two shafts together and are easy to maintain or replace!
