Hex Shaft

Hex shafts are typically used in industrial power transmission applications, as well as robotics, and conveyor systems. We offer these shafts off the shelf in 3' 6' and 12' lengths but we can supply specific cut to length hex shafts upon request. Because of the types of applications these shafts are typically used in they are all manufactured to extremely tight tolerances and have the best precision of any hex shaft out there. This comes in handy when installing hubs, sprockets, shaft collars, bearings, and or couplers onto the shaft.

Hex Shaft Couplers


Our hex shaft couplers are manufactured from high strength black oxide steel. They are typically in-stock and are secured onto the shaft using set-screws and offer extreme torque ratings because of the the hexagonal shaped bore.

Hex Shaft Collars


Hex shaft collars are in stock as both high strength steel and stainless steel. These come as single-split or double-split configurations.
