Tram Chain
Tram chains are a unique roller chain style designed similarly to standard transmission roller chains but more specifically to feeder applications in continuous mining machinery. Mining tram chains are often used in a parallel two-strand configuration with flight bars (slats) placed between and connecting the chains. This configuration allows mined materials to be conveyed highly effectively with the slats.
