Shipping, Returns & Use of Product Policy

1. Contact us immediately and provide your order number. We will then issue an RGA (Return Goods Authorization).
2. Shipping charges are typically not refundable.
3. Orders are only returnable within 30 days of the ship date.
4. To be eligible for credit, returned products must be in new condition and remain in the original labeled packaging.
5. Once the return label and packing slip are provided, you must drop off or have the carrier pick up within 10 business days. Pack products securely for transit. Products lost or damaged during return shipping will not be accepted for credit.
6. Please include the provided packing slip with the shipment being returned.
7. MTO Items are Not Returnable
   Made To Order / Custom orders are not eligible for return or credit.
8. An RGA is not a credit and cannot be applied to your account. A credit memo will be issued upon USA Roller Chain’s acceptance of the return and after inspection has taken place.
9. If the product has been stored improperly (including but not limited to: UV exposure, extreme temperatures, weather, soil, bacteria/pathogens), it will not be acceptable for return/credit.
10. Depending on the return scenario, you may be liable for a restocking fee and return shipping. These will be deducted from your credit.

All products are designed and manufactured for industrial applications only. These products are not designed, manufactured, or otherwise suitable for use on or in all-terrain vehicles (“ATVs”), motor vehicles, dirt-bikes, motorcycles, automobiles, aircraft, aircraft products and grounding, or watercraft.

USA Roller Chain & Sprockets and its parent and subsidiary companies are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from (a) the improper use of the products and/or (b) the improper or faulty installation of the products.
