Cast Combination Chain
Coast combination chain is manufactured with cast inner links and steel outer links, hence where the chain name itself came from. Doing this gives the chain the benefits of cast and steel. The cast can hold up better in gritty applications and is more economical material than steel while having the steel outer plates increases the strength and versatility of the chain. This is because the steel used with cast combination chains has good properties and is easy to be welded onto. On our cast combination chains, we use high-strength heat-treated steel pins, heat-treated steel side-plates, and high-quality high-strength cast inner links. Common applications were cast combination chain can be found include; grit conveying, forestry processing, grain handling, elevating applications, and other conveying applications.
