Pin Oven Chains

Our Pin Oven Chains provide an ample, sufficient, and safe way to transport thin-walled containers such as cans, bottles, and various other types of containers for painting and labeling. What separates the pin oven chains we offer versus others is the high-precision and high-strength components that are capable of handling the high-speed and demanding applications of these chains. Pin oven chains can see temperatures up to 300°C and are run up to 4-meters per second, the chains we supply offer superb wear-resistant (even in high-speed applications), specially adapted pins, and high-quality protective heads. Each chain supplied is provided with a high-quality lubricant that is PWIS free, drip-proof, has a very low evaporation rate, is food industry approved, and can withstand high-temperature applications. Standard base chains include ASA 60 and ISO 12B straight running, side flexing, hollow pin, nickel-plated, stainless steel, and even O-ring! We also supply replenishment chain lube for continual lubrication and re-lubrication. Pin oven chains utilize a size 12A-1 / ANSI 60-1 roller chain, we also stock 60 roller chain sprockets, wear guide, and a chain monitoring system to prevent downtime. This chain is also referenced ad a Deco oven chain, side-flex hollow pin chain, or even stainless steel side bow hollow pin chain.
