106-030-01 Roll Ring Tensioner is a high quality, maintenance free, and self adjusting chain tensioner. The chain tensioner installs in seconds and even works in reversing applications. The 106-030-01 size tensioner works with 06B chain, and features 30-teeth. It's manufactured out of a specially formulated polymer that has a resistance to ultra violet rays, radiation, temperatures, a wide range of chemicals, abrasion, and doesn't change chemically under vacuum conditions.

With regard to the chain speed, all roll ring tensioners can be used up to the maximum chain speed specified by the manufacture specified for manual lubrication and for drip lubrication. The laterally open teeth on the toothed cog of the chain tensioner dampen the roll impact in the chain intake.
