Simplex Metric 32B Chain - 10ft Box

Many pieces of industrial equipment and conveyors found in the United States were originally manufactured in Europe or other parts of the world where the metric system is commonly used. Because of this, 50.80mm (2") pitch 32B roller chain is one of the more standard sizes of chain that we keep in stock. It is supplied as 10ft boxes including one connecting link (master link) per box.

The 32B-1 simplex chain is manufactured in accordance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) R606 so all 32B chains interchange with each other. The good part about this is no sprocket replacements are needed if not necessary. Many people also know this class of chain as a "British Standard" (hence the B behind 32) or a metric series roller chain. Though dimensionally standard our 32B chain offers above average features at an economical price point.

32B Roller Chain Features

• Heat-treated and shot peened side plates, rollers, bushings, and pins - This not only increases the fatigue strength of the chain, but it dramatically improves the overall working life and dependability of the chain.
• Factory pre-loaded - This dramatically reduces initial chain stretching that is common with other chains in the same price-level, thus improving sprocket life and performance.
• Pre-lubricated from the factory- All of our roller chains are supplied with a proven high-quality lubrication that is applied at the factory level. We also provide additional roller chain lubricants to keep your chain running at its optimal performance and longest possible life.
• Solid Rollers - The implementation of a solid roller has proven to increase the working life and performance of a chain. This is due to the simple fact that the roller is the primary wear part that comes in direct contact with the sprocket tooth. A split roller will deform and cause a hyper-wear effect past a certain point.
• Made In Accordance With Multiple Standards - Not only is our chain made to ISO R606 standards, but it also conforms to British Standard 228 (BS 228), and Deutsches Institut für Normung (DIN) 8187 Standards.
