Welded Steel Drag Chain

Welded steel drag chains are designed in a way that allows for a larger "carry" surface for more material distribution. Because of the design welded steel drag chain is found in lumber mills, aggregate facilities, pulp, paper, mining, asphalt, and many other applications. Our welded steel drag chains separate themselves by being made with top-quality steel alloys, heat-treated surfaces, and tier-one quality control for a consistent chain every time. Unlike other suppliers, we also offer a Made in USA welded steel chain option right off the shelf! We carry all 26 sizes of standard welded steel chain in stock and also supply sprockets, attachments, and wear surfaces to accompany the chain. Something important to note is that welded steel drag chains run on the exact same sprockets as their cast drag-chain counter-parts.

Welded Steel Drag Chain Attachments

Flight Attachment:

The flight attachment is designated by C1/2, C1, C2, C3, or C4 depending on the height and thickness. These attachments create an even larger carrying surface and can even be used in elivating applications.
RR Attachment:

The RR attachment is used anywhere from gripping to elevating applications and has two points (one on each side) of the chain.
Wing Attachment:

Wing attachments are used to create a larger carry surface, catch "run-off", or for attaching additional fixtures to the chain.
