Shipping:We drop ship from warehouses all over the United States. Your order will be shipped from the closest warehouse to you that has your requested items in-stock. In-stock orders (not MTO or backordered) will ship within 24-48 Hours of being placed.
Returns:Our Return window for most items is within 60 days of order; the product must be in its original packaging and in resellable/unused condition. Some of our vendors have a shorter return window (between 15 and 30 days). Used or damaged products are not eligible to be returned, but depending on the product in question, they may be eligible for replacement under warranty.
