Premier Series #25 roller chain is a premium ANSI 25 chain that is manufactured dimensionally to ANSI B29.1 specifications. More specifically #25 roller chain has a 1/4" (0.25") pitch and is the smallest-sized roller chain in the ANSI chain lineup. It can be found in applications such as robotics, small drives, sorting machines, agricultural, plant machinery, and many more. The Premier Series 25 chain offers an industry-leading high tensile strength of 1,050 LBS and a 140 LBS maximum working load. Something important to note about these two measurements is that tensile strength is the load in which the chain can be expected to break under certain conditions and working load is the maximum safe operating force for the day-to-day operation and is calculated taking many variables into consideration.
