
*Note: This Wear Gauge can be used with #35 through #100 roller chains. We also offer a larger Wear Gauge that can be used with #120 through #240 roller chains.*
How To Use The #60 Roller Chain Wear Gauge
First, you identify the chain pitch to confirm that you are using this on a #60 roller chain, next you place the chain gauge in-between the roller chain rollers like the image below, it's that simple!
If the chain gauge falls through and goes to the next size up it's time to replace your roller chain. Please note for this example we used ANSI #50 roller chain.
