This #100-2 double strand cottered roller chain offers high strength, a long working life, and durability. Cottered style roller chain uses cotter pins instead of rivets; the benefit of this is that the chain is easier to take apart because there is not the hassle of cutting the rivet pins. General Duty Plus Series roller chains have shot peened and heat-treated components that drastically increase the chains strength, working life, and overall performance. This #100-2 double strand cottered roller chain has a tensile strength of 51,300lbs and is commonly supplied as 10ft boxes including one connecting link per box. But we also offer #100-2 double strand cottered roller chain at alternate lengths per request. We offer additional connecting links and offset links for this chain as well, which having a few of these on-hand can keep you out of a down situation.
