Screw Conveyor Shaft End Seals
We offer several different types of screw conveyor seals including WPS packing seals, split deal glands, and pump type seals. Screw conveyor seals are important to the system because they protect the bearings and prevent material leakage. Our seals are manufactured using high-quality materials to ensure a long working life and dependable performance.WPS Packing Seals
These seals are a housing style designed to protect the trough end bearings from material leakage and to protect the material being conveyed from bearing lubricant. Waste pack seals are available as lip-type or as waste pack seals, or even a combination of both. The standard type that will be supplied unless otherwise specified is waste packing.

Split Seal Glands
Split seal glands utilize twisted packing to prevent leakage of material being conveyed and to protect that same material from the bearing lubricant, moisture, or dirt. This seal type is typically used on shelf type trough ends and the seal glands are split to facilitate assembly and repacking.

Pump Type Screw Conveyor Seals
This pump seal is made for the most severe service within applications. Most particularly when a positive or negative pressure must be maintained. It can also be fitted with lantern rings and air or gas purge fittings, but this type of seal can only be used with an outboard shelf style trough end.
