Four strand roller chain sprockets, also known as quadruple roller chain sprockets are utilized in conveying and drive applications around the world. The processes utilized to produce our (-4) chain sprockets result in high-performing ANSI B29 sprockets that not only produce in performance, but also in durability and longevity. Ranging from 35-4 up to 240-4 in ANSI sizes and 04B-4 up to 64B-4 in ISO British Standard metric sizes we have the broadest capabilities of quad strand sprockets out there. We also offer stainless steel and aluminum materials upon special request. We also stock quadruple strand roller chain, v-belts, v-belt pulleys, gear reducers, and electric motors.Four Strand Roller Chain Sprocket Types
A-Plate - A four-strand roller chain sprocket with no hubs or bushings protruding from either side.B-Hub - A four-strand roller chain sprocket with a hub on one side.
C-Hub - A four-strand roller chain sprocket with a hub on two sides.
Taper Bushed - A four-strand roller chain sprocket designed to accept a taper lock bushing, these sprockets come in A, B and C hub configurations for taper bushings.
Quick Detachable "QD" Bushed - A four-strand roller chain sprocket designed to accept a QD bushing, these sprockets come in A, B and C hub configurations for QD bushings.
