INSPIRE #180 cottered roller chain is manufactured out of high quality carbon steel that is suitable in a broad range of applications. This chain uses cotter pins instead of rivets, the benefit of this is that the chain is easier to install sections and eliminate the need of cutting the rivet pins. INSPIRE Chain has set the bar for quality roller chains with offering maximum operating advantages at minimum cost. INSPIRE Chain has solid bushings, solid rollers, and is manufactured with components that have been shot peened, heat treated, and hardened making the roller chain extremely durable, high strength, and have a long working life. Additionally for added strength INSPIRE roller chain has wide side plates and has been totally lubricated for a prolonged working life. INSPIRE Chain drive efficiency rating of over 98% with no power loss through friction or slipping throughout the entire working life of the chain.
