Waste Water Flight Monitoring System Description/Features
Waste Water Flight Monitoring System has an action of the armature being rotated due to travel of the flight causes the ceramic magnet to sweep past the sensor and sending a signal to the PLC or SCADA system. The system can be programed to assess for loss of motion, chain elongation, and asymmetrical chain or flight conditions (chain jumping) sending an alarm when warranted. The armature/ target arrangement eliminates the need for attaching targets on each flight and insures absolute correct alignment between sensor and target, this cuts down on nuisance alarms.
