This #80 cottered roller chain features heat-treated and shot peened components including the pins, side plates, rollers, and bushings. This #80 cottered roller chain has also been pre-stretched to reduce elongation during the working life of the chain; this helps things run more efficiently and for longer periods of time. Doing this to a roller chain greatly increases the strength, working life, and overall durability of the chain. Premier Series #80 cottered roller chain features solid bushings and solid rollers and is also constructed of a premium quality carbon steel, which greatly increases the strength, working life, and efficiency of the roller chain. This premium quality 80 roller chain has a tensile strength of 17,600lbs, and a working load of 3,300lbs. #80 cottered roller chain is commonly supplied in 10ft boxes but is also available on 50ft reels, 100ft reels, and as custom lengths per request.
