L505SS Block Chain - Laminated Specifications
L505SS blockchain is manufactured with alternate block links (inside link) and pin links (outside link). Though it has a simple design it is a highly effective chain and is used in applications all around the world. Specifically, the L505SS block chain is the laminated construction style, has a 1" pitch, and has a block width of 0.38". It is intended for use in light-load, low speed conveying systems and has a length tolerance of 0" - 1/16" per foot. To increase the lifespan of L505SS chain a chain guide is recommended to be used (which we also supply), this reduces friction and reduces the catenary load on sprockets.
