Quick Change right-hand 20" Conveyor Screw X 11' 9" is a high-strength helicoid conveyor screw made from premium steel. The specially designed Quick Change conveyer screws use a design that allows for conveyor screws to be completely changed out or for making screw repairs without the daunting task of dismantling the entire conveyor. 20" diameter conveyor screws are manufactured by cold rolling special analysis strip steel into a continuous helix. The end result is a work-hardened smooth finished screw flighting service that is ready for operation. 20" diameter helicoid conveyor screw is superior to other types due to its diameter, pitch, and thickness being closely controlled throughout the manufacturing process. The flighting is typically secured to the pipe by intermittent welds and high-strength welded steel lugs for maximum hold, the pipe also features seamless internal collars that are inserted on both sides of the pipe to accommodate the shafts. These right-hand 20" diameter screws can be assembled in conjunction with each other to produce screw conveying systems as long as 150ft.
