This 141-0778 pipe bushing is made for standard pipes that are 4" and a shaft diameter of 3", it's manufactured from high-strength high-quality material and is designed to create a close fit for coupling shafts. When a pipe bushing is ordered on its own it is not drilled for the coupling bolts since they and the pipe ends are drilled after assembly to ensure fitment.
