The 231010014 type FKC stainless steel mounted 25/TK5 flat belt guide is manufactured to European DIN 2768 Specifications and is made from high-quality black anti-static UHMW. Plastic flat belt guides reduce friction, energy consumption and increase the wear life of belts when replacing out their steel counterpart guides. A mounted belt guide means a channel guide that the UHMW guide slides into; this creates an easy guide mounting mechanism for mounting a complete guide in a system and supporting lengths un unsupported sections in a system. Standardly, 25/TK5 flat belt guides are supplied in lengths of 2000mm, but alternate lengths can be supplied upon request.
