#140KSR roller chain is apart of the Super High Strength KSR series premium roller chains. This roller chain is manufactured using high-quality precision components to increase the working life, fatigue, and strength of the roller chain while still remaining within the dimensions of standard ANSI roller chain. KSR roller chains feature enlarged plates, improved machined parts accuracy and assembly, solid bushings and solid rollers. These features further increase the working life, strength, and efficiency over the K series chains throughout the entire low to high speed application spectrum. Additionally compared to standard roller chains, KSR series chains are higher in maximum horsepower rating by around 30% in a medium to low speed application. #140KSR chain also has a much better performance than other chains in applications where there are high shock loads, frequent starting and stopping, and in relatively high-speed applications such as; power shovels, trenchers, trucks, cranes, mixers, conveyors, elevators, stackers, and more.
