SAV Series Chain Sprockets Description/Features
SAV Series chain sprockets are available in a wide range of materials, tooth counts, bore sizes, and hub types. However, we have a newly engineered SAV hybrid sprocket that features hardened stainless steel tooth segments attached to a steel plate sprocket with hub. This creates a sprocket that has replaceable teeth which makes the cost for replacing the sprocket much more easy and much less costly.

Each segment is formed and checked for quality and accuracy with extremely close tolerances. There are also non-metallic plate hybrid sprockets with sleeve bearing hubs for an added low friction enhancement to your collector system.
