This Premium #120 straight sidebar roller chain is a high quality chain and has straight sidebars/ side plates instead of the standard curved/ figure 8 sidebars. Having straight sidebars slightly increases the strength, fatigue, and working life of the chain. What separates this chain from the others is that this chain has solid roller and solid bushing which greatly increases performance and strength. This chain has also been shot peened and manufactured using high quality carbon steel making this chain a premium quality roller chain. This chain offers maximum strength, wear life, and performance. This chain can run on ANSI #120 standard sprockets. Straight sidebar roller chains are commonly used in bottling, car washes, citrus processing, conveyors, material handling, packaging, poultry processing, refineries, seafood processing, and a wide range of other applications. This chain is most commonly supplied in 10ft boxes including one connecting link per box, but we can also supply this chain at custom lengths as needed.
