Plastic Guide Rails
Conveyor guide rails are utilized across many applications such as bottling, canning, and general packaging industries. Our guide rails are available in several different profiles and are in stock in the following standard material types; UHMW, oil-filled UHMW, static-dissipative UHMW, high-temp UHMW, and aluminum. We also offer material-specific options upon request and special profiles. The purpose of conveyor guide rails is to keep products within the conveyor or for separate products to various additional lines, our guides provide a low degree of friction and a long wear-life. Standard guide lengths are 10ft and 20ft but specific lengths can be made upon request. Our plastic guide rails meet FDA, USDA, and pharmaceutical requirements and can also be utilized as belt supports and wear strips. Aluminum Guide Rails
Guide rails manufactured from aluminum offer lightweight, anti-corrosive, and sturdy structure for products to be guided by. The below profiles are our standard profiles but additional ones are available upon request.
UHMW Guide Rail Covers
Pairing your aluminum guide rail with a UHMW guide rail cover fives you an added wear surface as well as a lower coefficient of friction which in turn saves on energy consumption.
