The purpose of utilizing a curved chain guide is to successfully transmit energy within a system around a certain degree or angle, in many systems this poses to be a challenge with wear and friction. With the use of our specific curved guides and side-flexing chains, you can transport products around a radius with minimal friction and energy consumption. Curved chain guides are manufactured to a specific radius and are commonly found in applications that are using side-flexing table-top chains, conveyor chains, and roller chains. We supply curved chain guides in a range of UHMW, MD, and Teflon material types depending on the requirements of the application.
