Roller Chain Lubrication Placement

Proper placement of lubricant is essential for obtaining the optimal life out of your roller chain and lubricant.

  • A - Apply roller chain lubricant between the roller and inner side plate; this disperses the lube between the roller and bushing.
  • B - Apply Apply roller chain lubricant between the inner and outer side plates to lubricate the plates where they contact each other and the pin for optimal pin-on-bushing contact.

Lube Free Roller Chain

in applications where proper lubrication is uneconomical or impractical, we also supply a lube-free roller chain that does not require additional lubrication.

Deep Blue Chain Conditioner -
This unique lubricant can be applied via a spray can (pictured above) by brush or automatic lubricator and is supplied in cans, 5-gallon buckets, or 55-gallon drums. It is engineered to first clean the chain of contaminants like corrosion or old lubricants, then leave an anti-friction barrier surface on the chain that drastically decreases wear and friction (even in high RPM applications). Unlike other roller chain lubricants, this product penetrates deep into the metal surface and continues work after the product is dry. Automatic Roller Chain Lubricators


There is a vast selection in the world of automatic roller chain lubricators. However, it is nothing quite like the one we supply. This unique lubricator utilizes a high-tech programmable pump that dispenses the lubricating into a specially manufactured applicator that precisely lubricates the roller chain without drippage.
