C2052 Roller Chain is designed with oversized rollers, making it impossible to break with a "standard" chain breaker. With our special designed XL1 breaker the capability of breaking C2052 chain has never been easier, it has a carriage-like holding design which allows the chain to seat within the breaker (with the adjustable height mechanism), then with a turn-handle push pin that is designed to push the pin completely through and out of the chain. Not only does this design break the chain in the most efficient manner, but it also diminishes the probability of inner chain damage from breakage.
