These sprockets are normally manufactured out of a high quality flame cut mild steel or QT400 hardened steel per request. We can also supply machined or precision hobbed sprockets which are normally recommended for high speed applications! Additionally, we can supply split to bolt or split for welding sprockets for difficult mounting or dismounting applications. USA Roller Chain & Sprockets can even supply brass, nylon or UHMW bushed Idler sprockets complete with grease grooves and grease fittings.
