Triple Roller Chain Sprockets
Triple Strand roller chain sprockets are also commonly known as triplex or just triple sprockets. Designed to run triple strand roller chains (-3) these sprockets are made with extreme parallel precision with each plate to ensure that the chain runs perfectly and at an optimal wear life. Typically our triple roller chain sprockets are made with hardened teeth up to 30-teeth. Our ANSI triple roller chain sprockets are made in accordance with ANSI B29 Standards so they directly interchange with other sprocket manufactures and brands. Likewise our metric triple roller chain sprockets are made in accordance with ISO and DIN Standards so they are also direct drop-in replacements.We supply the full range of ANSI and Metric triple sprockets, including custom manufactured sprockets with specific bore sizes, configurations, and material types. We also stock a wide range of V-Belt Pulleys, triple roller chain, electric motors, gear reducers, bearings, and much more! Triple Roller Chain Sprocket Types
A-Plate - A triple roller chain sprocket with no hubs or bushings protruding from either side.B-Hub - A triple roller chain sprocket with a hub on one side.
C-Hub - A triple roller chain sprocket with a hub on two sides.
Taper Bushed - A triple roller chain sprocket designed to accept a taper lock bushing, these sprockets come in A, B and C hub configurations for taper bushings.
Quick Detachable "QD" Bushed - A triple roller chain sprocket designed to accept a QD bushing, these sprockets come in A, B and C hub configurations for QD bushings.
