C2162H Conveyor Chain

C2162H chain is manufactured with special "oversized rollers" to allow the chain to carry product or for the chain to firmly run in guide tracks. Because of their use all of our C2162H chain have solid rollers that have been heat-treated for an extended working life. We keep C2162H chain in stock in 10ft boxes with an extra connecting link, we can also supply custom cut to length strands upon request. In addition to the standard C2162H chain we also have it available in a hollow pin configuration, stainless steel, nickel plated, and zinc plated for specialty conveyor applications.

C2162H Conveyor Chain Sprockets

Because C2162H chain has such a non-standard roller diameter a standard roller chain sprocket will not work. Because of this we will have to custom manufacture these sprockets. Typically the lead times range from a few days to three weeks depending on how busy the shop is. To get a quote on one of these sprockets we will need to know the tooth count, hub type, and bore size.
