The 600-series automatic 256T frame motor base in the horizontal configuration is best utilized in applications with a fixed diameter pulley. 600-series 256T frame automatic electric motor base automatically compensates for variations in load, expansion of belts due to centrifugal force, and normal belt stretch. Basically meaning that instead of a maintenance tech having to make these adjustments it's done automatically with the motor base, which saves time, money, and improves production time. This also increases the overall life of the belt and bearings 3 to 5 times depending on the application, while at the same time maintaining optimal tension on the belt for consistent peak performance. The base its self is manufactured from high-strength steel and uses heavy-duty springs for continual operation and tension. We also supply a full line of premium electric motors, gear reducers, pulleys, v-belts, roller chains, and sprockets.
