The 240 o-ring roller chain assembly features high-quality nitrile rubber o-rings placed between the inner and outer link plates. These o-rings seal the internal moving components of the 240 chain, keeping lubrication in while keeping debris out. This feature helps in particularly dirty or dusty applications and where chain re-lubrication is impossible or difficult. A 240 o-ring roller chain lasts twenty times longer than a traditional 240 chain in specific applications. Moving past the o-rings, our premium 240 o-ring chain is precision manufactured from top-quality carbon and alloy steel materials, features solid bushings & rollers, eat-treated and shot peened components, hardened pins, and has been factory pre-loaded.
