This #200H Heavy Cottered Roller chain is a premium quality, high strength, and extremely durable roller chain. The "H" designates that his chain has thicker side plates and is part of the heavy series of roller chains. Having thicker sides plate increases strength, shock load, fatigue, and the overall working life of the chain. This roller chain is cottered, cottered roller chain uses cotter pins instead of rivets; the benefit of this is that it makes it easier to install sections onto the chain without having to break the chain with a chain breaker or grinding off the rivet pins. Premier Series #200H heavy cottered roller chain has a high tensile strength of 116,600lbs, and a working load of 19,690lbs. One of the most important features that make this chain last longer than others is that it features fully heat-treated solid bushings, which creates a high strength and long lasting precision bushing. It also features heat-treated, wide couture side plates that have been shot peened, this increases working load and the overall performance of the roller chain. Premier Series #200H heavy cottered roller chain also features heat-treated, hardened pins. This increases the shock load rating, tensile strength, and overall durability of the roller chain. Another important feature of this roller chain is that it has heat-treated solid rollers, which increases the overall performance of the chain and the working life.
