Our Type-T 10B-3 chain guide is manufactured to high precision tolerances and conforms to ISO and DIN 8187 standards, thus guiding 10B-3 roller chain in the most effective and productive manner possible. Using a roller chain guide is common in most conveying applications where you don't want metal-on-metal contact for wear purposes. Not only does using a chain guide drastically increase the wear life of a roller chain, but it also reduces on noise levels in applications that have metal-on-metal contact. Standardly this guide is in stock as a green UHMW that conforms to European guidelines but other materials are available upon request.
