SS 78 chain is a stainless steel drive chain that is constructed with 304SS side plates and 420SS heat treated pins. SS78 chain is supplied either painted (black) or plain unpainted chain depending on the specific application needs. Primarily, SS 78 chain is found in the drives in wastewater treatment facilities, but it is also used in food processing, chemical plants, foundries, and refineries.
