LU522 Food Grade Semi-Synthetic Grease NLGI 2 – 5 Gallon Pail

LU522 Food Grade Multi-Purpose Semi-Synthetic Grease with NLGI 2 consistency supplied in a 5-gallon bucket is a premium quality, extremely versatile, semi-synthetic grease that was specifically designed for general lubrication in good processing facilities. NLGI 2 consistency means that the Sprayon LU522 grease has an ASTM worked (60 strokes) penetration at 25°C of 265-295 tenths of a millimeter. Sprayon LU522 Food Grade Multi-Purpose Grease features excellent film-forming characteristics as well as anti-wear qualities and will stay on metal surfaces much longer than a conventional grease, which results in a longer-lasting application with fewer lubrication intervals. The LU522 compound is made with semi-synthetic base oils and polymer additives that make it completely resistant to water washout, friction, and chemical attack. This grease is white in color, odorless, tasteless, and NSF H1 registered. It's also kosher approved, which gives this grease full acceptability for use in all areas where incidental food contact may occur.
