LU512 Food Grade Synthetic High-Temperature Grease with NLGI 2 consistency supplied in a 55-drum bucket is a premium quality, extremely versatile, synthetic grease that has been fortified with P.T.F.E. for superb performance and longevity. NLGI 2 consistency means that the Sprayon LU512 grease has an ASTM worked (60 strokes) penetration at 25°C of 265-295 tenths of a millimeter. Unlike other food-grade synthetic greases, the LU512 compound is engineered with some of the most innovative and advanced lubricant technology in the industry, It is a blend of premium quality pure synthetic base oils, additives, and shear stable thickeners to provide the absolute maximum equipment and component protection in both extremely high and low temperatures. This grease boasts an ultra broad operating temperature range of -75°F to over 500°F. It is also NSF H1 rated and kosher approved, which gives this grease full acceptability for use in all areas where incidental food contact may occur. This synthetic grease is commonly used in freezer bearings, oven bearings, roller and conveyor chains, pumps, kilns, conveyors, and a wide range of additional food and industrial applications.
