This means that it will properly run on any ANSI C2040 sprocket that you may already be using. What really sets this chain apart is the solid bushing/ solid roller construction along with the usage of high-quality liberation creates a chain that not only exceeds in performance but also has as drastically better working life. In addition to C2040 chain we also offer a full line of the accompanying C2040 sprockets and attachments. This chain is commonly supplied as 10ft boxes including one connecting link each box, but we also offer 50ft reels, 100ft reels, and custom lengths per request. Important Note:
When looking for C2040 roller chain (photo below on the left) it is important, not to mix it up with C2042 roller chain (photo below on the right). This is a common and easy mistake to make because both of these chains are manufactured with the same side-plates, meaning that the part number stamped on the side of both chains is most likely "C2040".
