This premium #100 nickel plated roller chain offers extremely high strength, a very long working life, and the best performance. The Premier Series nickel plated roller chain takes quality to a whole new level with extreme precision ANSI components, a very high quality carbon steel, and a shiny premium nickel plating finish to prevent corrosion. Each component in this roller chain has been heat-treated, shot peened, and pre stretched to provide the ultimate strength and performance that this chain has to offer. The nickel plating on this chain has been done to each component before being assembled and then inspected to ensure a full coverage and a smooth surface to for the longest working life possible and to prevent chemical attack along with stress cracking. Nickel plated roller chain is very useful in humid and slightly corrosive applications where a normal roller chain won't hold up. Premier Series #100 nickel plated roller chain features the same high strength as the normal Premier Series #100 roller chain does. #100 nickel plated roller chain is commonly supplied as 10ft boxes including one connecting link per box. However, we can supply the chain in larger length reels and even custom lengths per request. Additionally we offer a full line of nickel plated attachments and high quality ANSI #100 sprockets.
