FRP Channel Flight (High-Strength) Description/Features
High Strength FRP channel flights are manufactured to replace wood flights and will work with plastic and metallic chains. These flights offer minimal deflection and featuring a larger cross section and structural reinforcement for heavier requirements. The maximum width for high strength FRP flights is 22ft and they are standardly used in primary and secondary clarification. These pultruded fiberglass flights contain UV inhibitors to avoid degradation and are available in 6" (F226) and 8" (F228) flights.
