C2160HDC double capacity roller chain is a high-strength 4.00" pitch chain that can operate on ANSI single-strand double-pitch sprockets with roughly double the tensile and working capacity as a standard C2160H roller chain. Double-pitch double-capacity chains have a unique ability in conveying applications to carry and transport much higher loads than standard double-pitch chains. This unique chain is designed with double the amount of side plates and an enlarged pin giving it strength capabilities almost on par with a leaf chain with the flexibility of a roller chain. C2160H double-capacity chain boasts an average ultimate tensile strength of 137,580 pounds with a tremendous dimensional-to-strength form factor of only 4.04" at its widest point (the connecting link)!
