C2060H W/ 9/16" X 1-5/8" D-5 Ev 2nd | Carbon Citrus Chain 10FT

This carbon steel citrus chain consists of C2060H with a 9/16" D-5 extended pin placed every 2nd pitch (on the pin link). Citrus chains are available with 1/2" or 9/16" diameter extended pins as a standard with a pin projection of 1-5/8". However, custom-made citrus chains are available upon request but require a minimum order of 500ft. Our high-quality citrus chains are dimensionally conforming with ANSI standards for direct interchangeability. And are assembled with the latest roller chain manufacturing technologies! Our solid rollers, precision shot-peened and heat-treated components set this 9/16" citrus chain apart from others. Additionally, the D-5 attachment is designed with an anti-rotational design to prevent pin roll within a roller end cap bushing. Citrus chains have been used for years worldwide in various produce and citrus packing houses. The simple design has proven to be highly effective and economical for conveying products from one point to another. How it works is the D-5 pins support rollers that house roller end cap bearings, and the chains are operated parallel to each other, so the system is supported on both sides. Typically our carbon steel citrus chains are supplied in 10ft boxes, including one connecting link, but alternative lengths can be supplied upon request.
