The C2050 roller chain has a 1.250" pitch and is only 1.020" at its widest point (the connecting link). Its small form factor makes it a perfect pairing for light dusty conveying applications. The special G1 hole is located in every sidebar for sorting applications and has a standard inside diameter of 0.250". Our C2050 sorting chain is made to ANSI standards for direct interchangeability and features solid rollers for enhanced performance. All the components that go into this chain are high-precision and heat-treated for improved fatigue resistance. The chain is also factory pre-loaded after its dual-staking riveting assembly processes to prevent chain stretch. C2050 sorting chain is also available in stainless material with alternate hole diameters.
