16" Screw Conveyor Rack and Pinion Gate - 3/16" Thickness | Flat Slide Specifications
This flat slide 16" screw conveyor rack and pinion gate is made from high-quality 3/16" thickness steel. Rack and pinion slide discharge gates are designed with cut tooth racks that are welded to the curved slide plate, this rack engages with a cut tooth pinion that is mounted onto a shaft and is operated by a handwheel. The flat slides allow for operation in any one of four positions if the clearance is available. Flat slides can also be operated with the use of chain wheels or power-operated with electric motors, air, or hydraulic cylinders.
