18" Sectional Flight Screw X 11' 9" Long | 18S616 - Right

This 18" sectional flight screw X 11' 9" long is a right-hand configuration conveyor screw manufactured from high-quality steel. Each flight is individually blanked from a steel place and formed into a helix, then butt welded together to form a complete screw section. Sectional flights are formed with a lead longer than their pitch to assure a tight gripping action along the pipe. The flights are then normally fastened to the pipe with the use of intermittent welds and welded steel end lugs. They can be continuously welded on either one or both sides upon request. The 18S616 conveyor screw pipe will also feature seamless internal locking collars in each end that will accommodate the shafts.
