3R3V335 Sheave three-groove 33.50" OD

This 3R3V335 Sheave uses an R1 bushing, is directly interchangeable with other manufacturers, is 33.50" in diameter, and is manufactured in accordance with ARPM Standards for safe operation. With 3V-series split taper sheaves you can use standard 3V belts, 3VX belts, banded 3V belts, and banded 3VX belts. What separates this 3R3V335 sheave from the others is that it is made using a high strength cast iron, is phosphate coated, painted, and balanced at the factory. Using the high-strength cast iron grade that we do offers a higher tensile strength and is more wear resistant than the more commonly used grades. While the phosphate coated and then painted finish adds corrosion resistance to the 3R3V335 sheave. Then, because this sheave is balanced at the factory it runs smoother which gives bearings and other components of the equipment a longer working life. Using a split taper bushed style sheave is beneficial because it makes the completed part a two-piece assembly which means if only one piece breaks you don't have to replace the entire assembly.
